These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these terms") set out the terms of use for the spa reservation service provided by SPA TROPICA (hereinafter referred to as "this site"). All customers who use this site are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
Article 1 (Service Contents)
This site is a reservation intermediary service that arranges reservations at affiliated spa stores and provides related information. This site does not provide spa services themselves.
Article 2 (Reservations)
Reservations made through this website are based on the terms and conditions of each spa store. Details of the reservation, services provided, payment methods, etc. are subject to the rules of each spa store.
Article 3 (Payment and Settlement)
As a general rule, spa service fees are to be paid at the local spa store. For some spas or plans, we may ask you to pay by credit card in advance. In such cases, this will be clearly stated on the reservation page.
Article 4 (Cancellation and Changes)
Regarding cancellations and changes to reservations, the cancellation policy set forth on this website will apply. Each spa store may have its own individual cancellation conditions.
Article 5 (Scope of responsibility)
This site will faithfully arrange reservations with spa stores, but will not be responsible for the following: - The content, quality, or effects of the services provided by the spa store - Changes, cancellations, or delays due to reasons on the part of the spa store - Troubles, accidents, loss, or theft that occur on-site - Disputes that arise between customers and spa stores These matters must be resolved between the customer and the spa store.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
We may be unable to provide all or part of our services due to unavoidable reasons such as bad weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, communication failures, local conditions, or other reasons. In such cases, we shall not be held responsible in any way.
Article 7 (Prohibited matters)
Customers are prohibited from engaging in the following activities: - Making reservations using false information - Impersonating a third party - Actions that interfere with the operation of this website - Actions that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
Article 8 (Changes to Terms)
This site may change the contents of these terms as necessary. The changed terms will take effect when they are posted on this site.
Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, where the website operator is located. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
