How can I book a spa treatment at SPA TROPICA?
You can make a reservation by selecting the desired date, time, menu, and number of people from the details page of each spa. The reservation information you enter will be sent to the spa store via this site.
Can I make a spa reservation on the day?
If there is availability, same-day reservations are possible. However, it may take time for the store to confirm last-minute reservations. As a guideline, we recommend making reservations at least one hour before your desired time of use.
Will I receive a confirmation email after completing my reservation?
After receiving your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email. If the event is fully booked or if we need to adjust the time, we may contact you separately. If you do not receive an email, please contact us via the inquiry page.
Can I make a reservation for a spa that is not listed?
Yes, it is possible. Please contact us with your desired city, spa name, address, date and time, and number of people. We will confirm the details and let you know whether we can accommodate your request.
Can I make a group or collective spa reservation?
We also accept reservations for multiple people. If you have a large group, you may need to check availability in advance.
